What are the minimum requirements?

■ Minimum Specification Guide

1. Minimum RAM: 2GB

2. Minimum OS version: Android 5.0 Lolipop (API Level 21 or higher)

□ IOS

1. Minimum Specifications: iPhone 6S

2. Minimum RAM: 2GB

3. Minimum OS version: iOS 11

1) Secure enough space

- Empty your device’s memory up to 2GB to download ingame resources. Devil Book would take 1.5~2 GB of space in your device’s memory.

2) Close other apps consuming RAM while Devil Book.

- If you run other apps when you play Devil Book, it may share RAM with the apps and it would affect your playing.

There is a crash during the game


Hello, Hero Candidates!

We're sorry to hear about your upsetting situation!

To solve this problem, we would like to ask you to use the method below.

1) Check if another device is linked to the account(including a PC Android emulator).

2) Please check the network(Wi-Fi / LTE) connection status.

3) Please reboot your device or restart the Devil Book app.

4) Free up 2GB or more of free space on your device, reboot, and run the Devil Book app again.

5) Please reinstall the Devil Book App.

※ If you use this method before your account has linked, your account will be gone.

So please link the account with Google or Apple, or check the ID and code.

How can I use a coupon?

The method to use the Coupon depends on the OS version.

■ AOS

- To use the Coupon, Please follow the route : Main Screen - Menu Icon - Option(Cog Icon) - Coupon Use

■ IOS

- In case of the IOS device, Coupon can't be used because of the Apple Policy.

- To use the Coupon, we suggest that you use the Emulator or AOS device and then refer to the AOS method above.

- Please refer to the URL to play the Devil Book with your IOS account on Emulator or AOS device
